The Sampson Bros., Lumhe & Samsoche Sampson (Seneca/Mvskoke), have been Hoop dancing for more than 27 years, visiting and teaching various indigenous communities throughout Turtle Island (North America) and beyond. Witness and experience Indigenous Hoop Dance from their unique perspective, enlighten your mind, and invigorate your spirit. Along their journey, "H3"--Hoops, Health, and Healing--was originated by Lumhe as a means to maintain and hone a healthy physical lifestyle that incorporated indigenous knowledge and practices. Often done at one's own pace, it can range from deep slow engaging movements to a dynamic high intensity interval circuit that truly invigorates both mind and body. With variances for each movement, it is a suitable workout for all body types and capabilities.
