The REACH Opening Festival at the Kennedy Center

Levine Music's highly regarded and wide reaching music therapy program provides individual and group music therapy services, both on site at five Levine Music campuses and at a number of community partnership sites across Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Scientific research shows great benefit of music therapy intervention for a multitude of populations, many of whom are reached through Levine's music therapy program. Levine's work with children with developmental and intellectual differences, adults with Parkinson's disease, and older adults with memory disorders will be shared. Finally, the collaborative work between Levine's music therapists and NSO musicians in the area of aging and musical engagement will be highlighted. Come and make music with us as we highlight the benefits of music therapy for all ages and abilities! This workshop will include audio/visuals.
