Kennedy Center Composer-in-Residence, Mason Bates, brings San Francisco’s eclectic artist collective, Jazz Mafia to the Skylight Pavilion. Jazz Mafia represents some of the most forward-thinking and accomplished players in the fields of, Jazz, Hip Hop, Electronica, and Funk. Two of the bands from the collective will be featured in this performance: Brass Octet Heaviest Feather, and hybrid-crossover band Cosa Nostra Strings come together for a diverse and electrifying performance.
